Nick Branstator is the founder of Winterborne Solutions. He has over 25 years of experience in the startup industry, including 19 at the c-suite level. In those roles, he has grown companies from $0M to $5M ARR, and from $20M to $130. Nick leads all of Winterborne's client engagements, bringing in trusted collaborators for specific projects.

Nick is committed to the philosophy that empathy and success go hand in hand. As a former COO, he has a deep understanding of the challenges of scaling a startup, and the importance of building a strong culture and team.
